Please READ the following STUDIO POLICIES. They are in place to ensure that our business runs smoothly, and to ensure all clients can be accommodated fairly. Ignorance of these policies will not exclude anyone from their enforcement.


FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE POLICIES WILL CANCEL YOUR SESSION/SERVICE, FORFEIT YOUR BOOKING FEE and/or INCURE OTHER PENALTIES and FEES.


👉👉👉ARRIVING EARLY - Except Walk-Ins, we do NOT permit early entry into the Studio. Guests are discouraged from coming into contact with other appointed Guests. Please, OBSERVE SOCIAL DISTANCING.

👉👉👉ARRIVING LATE - Due to time constraints on CONSULTATIONS and SESSIONS/SERVICES, arriving late may require RESCHEDULING your appointment. Please respect our business and our time. Arriving 15+ Minutes LATE (without calling ahead) is a NCNS (see Cancel/Reschedule/ETF Policy and NCNS Policy below). You can avoid fees by CALLING AHEAD and letting us know you’re running late.

👉👉👉BOOKING FEE POLICY -🔥THIS IS NOT A DEPOSIT🔥 The Booking Fee is NON-NEGOTIABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE and is the hourly minimum requirement for the SESSION/SERVICE selected. Once booked...the sale is FINAL. The Booking Fee is ONLY to hold your APPOINTMENT DATE and does NOT guarantee service. Booking Fees will be applied towards the FIRST 2 or 3 HOURS only AFTER the completion of the SESSION/SERVICE.🔥Sessions/Services that are NOT supported by a Booking Fee will be subject to the CANCELATION (CXF) FEE (see Cancel/Reschedule/ETF Policy and NCNS Policy below).🔥 A Booking Fee is only good for 90 DAYS from the SESSION/SERVICE's initial scheduling date, unless booked past the expiration date.
🟪 FOLLOW-UP SESSIONS/SERVICES (i.e., 2nd Session, 3rd Session, 4th, etc.) are subject to the Cancelation (CXF) Fee because they are NOT supported by a Booking Fee. Follow-Ups DO NOT require a Booking Fee as long as the client books their next session by the end of their last session. If a client fails to schedule their FOLLOW-UP appointment, CANCELS, or VIOLATES Studio Policy, a Booking Fee will be required to schedule the next appointment.
⚠️Your Booking Fee will become FORFEIT and PAID OUT to the ARTIST if: you attempt to RESCHEDULE your SESSION/SERVICE more than the maximum limit of 2 (Two), you CANCEL your SESSION/SERVICE, you are more than 15+ Minutes LATE (without calling ahead) making you a NCNS (No Call, No Show), or if your Booking Fee is past the 90 DAY EXPIRATION DATE, unless booked past the expiration date⚠️

👉👉👉CANCEL/RESCHEDULE/ETF POLICY - The Maximum Rescheduling Limit is 2 (Two). Appointments cannot be booked less than 24 HOURS in advance and more than 365 DAYS into the future. The scheduling system will CUTOFF clients from canceling and/or rescheduling appointments that are LESS THAN 2 WEEKS away (14 days / 336 Hours) which can then only be changed manually by our Artists at our discretion.🔥Clients are notified via SMS and their email on file that they have 3 DAYS left to make any changes BEFORE their CUTOFF DATE.🔥Please CALL US IMMEDIATELY during business hours if encountering any problems with your appointment!!! If we don't answer, LEAVE A MESSAGE! 🔥DO NOT EMAIL, as we do not get email notifications and is NOT considered to be a valid form of communication.🔥
🟪 A Client's ability to Reschedule SESSIONS/SERVICES terminates when they have reached the MAXIMUM Rescheduling Limit of 2 (Two) or when the client's Booking Fee has expired 90 DAYS from the scheduling date.
⚠️Except CONSULTATIONS or unless supported by a Booking Fee, CANCELING a SESSION/SERVICE will be subject to a CANCELATION (CXF) FEE. Cancelations AFTER the CUTOFF DATE (less than 2 weeks BEFORE the appointment date), will ALSO be subject to an ETF (Early Termination Fee). FEES CAN BE WAIVED ONLY IF RESCHEDULED, unless the appointment has already been rescheduled twice. A 3rd Rescheduling attempt will automatically CANCEL your appointment and will be subject to a CANCELATION (CXF) FEE.⚠️

👉👉👉CHILDREN & ADDITIONAL GUESTS - Due to the nature of our business, Children are NOT ALLOWED in the Studio, so please DO NOT bring them to your Sessions. Tattoo/Tatt2Away Guests are allowed ONE ADULT SUPPORT BUDDY for their Sessions.

👉👉👉NCNS (No Call, No Show) POLICY - This is FAILURE to CALL, FAILURE to CANCEL and FAILURE to ARRIVE. It is also a FAILURE to RESPECT our business, our time...and especially us!!!!! 🔥Except CONSULTATIONS, a NCNS is ALSO considered EARLY TERMINATION on SESSIONS/SERVICES.🔥
🟪 1st NCNS: Will be FORGIVEN.
🟪 2nd NCNS: Client gets BANNED from our scheduling system. You will no longer be able to schedule or receive any future services from our Studio until an UNBANNING FEE is paid. Unbanning of a client is done at the Artist’s discretion.
⚠️ALL NCNSs will incur a NCNS Fee. Except for Consultations, a NCNS is also EARLY TERMINATION and will also include an ETF⚠️

👉👉👉PAYMENT/FEE POLICY - FULL PAYMENT is DUE at the time ALL services and fees are rendered. ALL Services and Fees are NON-NEGOTIABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE. Certain Fees can be WAIVED...ONLY IF RESCHEDULED.
🟪 Cancelation (CXF) Fee: $300 (+4% Credit Processing - $312) - Except CONSULTATIONS, this fee will only be applied to SESSIONS/SERVICES that are NOT supported by a Booking Fee.
🟪 No Call No Show (NCNS) Fee: $75 (+4% Credit Processing - $78)
🟪 Early Termination (ETF) Fee: $75 (+4% Credit Processing - $78) Except CONSULTATIONS, ETFs are applied ONLY to SESSIONS/SERVICES that are canceled AFTER their CUTOFF.
🟪 Unbanning Fee: $75 (+4% Credit Processing - $78)
🟪 CXF, NCNS, ETF and Unbanning Fees are NOT applicable towards any Booking Fees and/or SESSIONS/SERVICES.
⚠️If we attempt to process fees to the client's payment data on file and it FAILS to process, the client will be automatically BANNED from ALL services until ALL FEES OWED ARE PAID IN FULL. Cash will ONLY be accepted in person at the studio⚠️

👉👉👉VALID ID POLICY -🔥A valid ID is REQUIRED🔥In Texas, you must be 18+ for BODY MODIFICATION procedures, NO MINORS! Presenting a FAKE ID is a Class B Misdemeanor.🔥IDs are required EVERY TIME a Booking Fee is taken or when a body modification procedure must be performed, so please do NOT forget to bring it!!!🔥If your ID is expired, it is NOT considered valid, and you'll be required to provide another form of valid identification. Your VALID ID MUST contain: your PHOTO, your legal NAME and your BIRTHDATE. (*) Acceptable State or Government Issued ID's: a valid DRIVER'S LICENSE or ID Card, a valid PASSPORT, a BIRTH CERTIFICATE if accompanied by a valid PHOTO ID (like a School ID) that matches the NAME exactly on the birth certificate.

🦅(**) Title 18, US Code Part 1, Chapter 33, Section 701: It is illegal to photocopy a Military ID, and therefore it can ONLY be accepted to qualify for our Dorm Life Discount (#DLD)🦅

🚫 You are SICK or HAVE A FEVER.
🚫 Have been in contact with anyone who is SICK.
🚫 If you've had COVID and you haven't been CLEARED from QUARANTINE.
🚫 If you arrive to your appointment with any symptoms, you will kindly be asked to go home.
⚠️Illness will NOT exempt you from Fees/Penalties. The Booking Fee will be FORFEIT and other fees/penalties may be incurred, if applicable.⚠️
